Brittany began her teaching career in 2012 after completing her 200 hr Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher Training. Working with students and teachers across the United States, she has learned a wide set of modalities within the yoga discipline. Brittany specializes in techniques that promote and sustain a healthy body and state of mind.
Brittany’s teaching style is trauma-informed and based on the needs of the individual student. Incorporating postures, breathing exercises, guided meditation and visualization, she leads yoga from the heart and allows the client’s needs to dictate the structure of the class.
When she isn’t teaching, you can find Brittany practicing yoga, cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.
