Initial Evaluation

Individual assessments are conducted to determine the best treatment approach. Depending on the specialty, this may include a complete psychosocial and medical history, a brief exam, and/or diagnosis.

Medication Management

Psychiatric consultations may include a prescription and management of ongoing medication to address specific symptoms associated with an identified behavioral health diagnosis. Some conditions that are commonly addressed with medication include:

  • Anxiety Disorders
  • Depression
  • ADHD
  • PTSD
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Insomnia
  • Disruptive Mood Dysregulation
  • Psychosis

Health Education

A holistic approach is taken to address all aspects of an individual’s well-being which may include consultation regarding nutrition, environmental hazards, physical activity, psychotropic medication, homeopathic alternatives, and management of chronic health conditions.

Psychotherapy

Individual, couples, and/or family therapy is used to address relational problems, trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief/loss, anger management, and other life stressors.

Yoga

Private and small group yoga sessions are offered to facilitate a safe, relaxed space to unwind & decompress the nervous system.

Modalities include yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, visualization, guided imagery, yoga Nidra, yin yoga, restorative yoga & more.

Initial Psychiatric Assessment 60-75 min ($300.00)

During the first appointment we will discuss your current concerns, review your medical and psychosocial history, and discuss the best treatment plan for you. All treatment plans are patient centered, evidence based, and designed specifically for your needs. We will explore all treatment options and decided on the best course of action to take together.

Medication Management with Brief Counseling 15-30 min ($150.00)

Follow up appointments will occur as often as needed. These appointments will be used to evaluate progress, outcomes, and discuss any concerns and/or questions you may have. Your feedback is important to me, and participation in your treatment is critical for success.

On the day of your first appointment please bring a complete and current list of any medication you are taking and a form of identification. You will be expected to pay for your appointment at the time of service. Payments may be received via check, cash, credit, or debit card. I am not in-network with Medicare or any other commercial insurance company. Patients with private insurance will be provided with the needed information to file with your insurance company for out of network reimbursement at your request.  Should your insurance company require a prior authorization or referral for your visits with us, you must personally acquire this prior to your appointment. You, as the patient, are responsible for all charges.
